Every item is handcrafted by a single artisan and made with care.
Current processing time is 3–5 business days before shipment. Processing times may increase during holidays, sales, or periods of high demand.
Are your press-on nails handmade?
Yes.
Every nail set is individually handcrafted, painted, finished, and packaged by hand. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness of each set.
Are your press-on nails reusable?
Absolutely.
With proper application, removal, and storage, your press-on nails can be worn multiple times.

Do you offer custom nail sets?
At this time, custom orders are not available.
All current designs are created as part of curated collections and sold as ready-made sets.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Rook's Corner primarily serves customers within the United States.
International shipping options may be added in the future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
All shipments include tracking.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Photos of the damaged item are required. Video of the package being opened in its original packaging is strongly recommended and may be requested to assist with damage claims.
If approved, a replacement item will be created and shipped once the damaged product has been returned and received.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the handmade nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged and meet the requirements outlined in our Return Policy.
Are resin products handmade?
Yes.
Every resin relic is individually poured, cured, finished, and inspected by hand. Small variations, color shifts, and unique patterns are part of the handcrafted nature of resin art.
