Returns, Replacements & Damaged Items Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations except in cases where products arrive damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 14 days of the recorded delivery date with clear photographs of the damaged product. Video documentation of opening the package in its original, unopened packaging is strongly recommended and may be required for damage verification.

All orders include tracking information, and delivery dates are recorded. Claims submitted outside of the 14-day period may not qualify for replacement.

Approved damage claims require the original damaged product to be returned to us before a replacement product is created and shipped. Replacement items will be recreated as closely as possible to the original purchased product.

Please note that resin products, adhesives, and cosmetic products may be affected by prolonged exposure to heat, cold, weather conditions, or extended time left unattended after delivery. Customers are responsible for retrieving and inspecting packages promptly after delivery. Damage resulting from delayed retrieval, improper storage, or environmental exposure after delivery may not qualify for replacement.
