Processing Times

All products are handmade and carefully packaged before shipment. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping & Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking information. Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be provided to the email address associated with your order.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. Rook’s Corner is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by customers.

Delivery Responsibility

Once a package has been marked as accepted by the shipping carrier and tracking information has been provided, delivery times are controlled by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and retrieving packages promptly after delivery.

Heat, Cold & Environmental Exposure

Some products, including resin items, adhesives, and cosmetic products, may be affected by prolonged exposure to heat, cold, sunlight, moisture, or environmental conditions.

Customers are responsible for retrieving delivered packages promptly. Damage caused by extended exposure after delivery may not qualify for replacement.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Packages marked as delivered but reported missing, stolen, or left unattended after delivery may not qualify for replacement or refund.
